New Moon in Anuradha

New Moon in Anuradha

There will be a new moon in Anuradha nakshatra on Wednesday November 23rd at 2:57pm pt. Anuradha's shakti is the power of devotion. Its deity is Mitra, the god of friendship. This new moon begins a lunar month that promotes the quality of devotion in various types of relationships. A devoted friend or partner is someone who demonstrates his or her devotion through action, by following through and showing up. For the USA, the new moon occurs the day before Thanksgiving, so it is right in sync with the tone of that holiday. In any case, this next month will be a good time for all of us to be grateful for the friends, relatives, teachers, clients, and romantic partners that we have, and to show them a little love. But remember, actions speak louder than words, so don't just talk about it, pitch in and do something nice for the people in your life.

Deepen your path of self discovery with my books, webinars, retreats and private readings.
