Full Moon in Chitra

On Friday, April 19th at 4:12 am pst there will be a Full Moon in Chitra nakshatra. Just to remind you. A nakshatra is like a sign, but smaller. There are twenty seven nakshatras in the zodiac, and they are the main source of symbolism in Vedic astrology. Chitra's shakti is the power to accumulate merit. In other words this is a nakshatra that gives you the inclination to do good. You get good karma when you do good! You'll come back in your next life as a multi millionaire and drive a Ferrari and look like a god and learn to meditate and get enlightened on your seventh birthday! Really!!! No not really! But maybe! Anyway, full moons produce a welling up and an overflowing of energy. In this case it's good karma energy. Maybe we should make April 19th national good karma day. Or maybe we should have a giant party! No drugs, just hugs! In any case, get out there, and help people, and make other people feel good, and don't forget to smile and have a good time while you are doing it.
