Uttara Phalguni nakshatra is ruled by the deity Aryaman, the god who gives support and patronage to others. He also arranges and blesses marriages. The shakti or power of this nakshatra is the power of wealth through marriage. So this full moon promotes prosperity, relationships, and partnerships. The symbol of Uttara Phalguni is a healing bed, so it also promotes the healing process.
