Vedic Meditation Class

In this 6 part class, James teaches you how to meditate using a personalized mantra that is given based on your Vedic horoscope. 

Meditation is a simple, natural, effortless process that delivers a deep state of rest and thereby releases stress. It improves health, promotes relaxation, enhances physical energy, increases mental potential, and produces a sense of inner fulfillment.

Contrary to misconceptions, meditation is not hard to do. In fact, it is one of the easiest things a person can learn, even if you have a busy mind.  

So let's see, meditation produces energy, relaxation, better health, and a whole host of other benefits. It's easy, refreshing, and even pleasant to do. So why don't more people do it? This is one of life's great mysteries!

Prerequisites:  None, this class is appropriate for everyone, including beginners and even those who think they will not be able to meditate due to having a busy mind.

Recordings:  This class includes recordings for Parts 2 - 6.  Part 1 is an in-person (over the phone or zoom) session with James, during which he gives you a mantra, selected  from your Vedic chart, and teaches you the meditation technique.  After ordering the class, please email us at james@jameskelleher.com to make an appointment for the first session, and don't start the other recorded classes until you have completed the first one.
