There will be a New Moon in Bharani nakshatra on Tuesday, May 7th at 10:22pm pt. Bharani is ruled by Yama the god of Dharma and god that comes to collect the souls at the end of life. Its shakti is the power to carry things away. This is a great new moon for getting rid of anything that isn't working any more, whether it is old cloths or worn out attitudes. It is also a great time for checking in with your inner sense of what is right and real and just. Sometimes this energy manifests as a strong sense of righteous indignation that arises when you think about injustice. In this regard, with all the injustice going on throughout the world, this is a time to see it, and even to call it out if you are so inclined.
