Advanced Relationship Chart Comparison & Transits in Depth

In this chart analysis intensive, we will explore the intricate patterns of the chart, reinforcing and applying fundamentals, as well as learning subtler nuances and secrets of horoscope interpretation. We will focus on two areas, Transits, and Chart Compatibility.  

In part one, Transits, we will explore the many techniques of using transits for making predictions, both classical and practical.  We will use examples from your own collections as well as examples from my own collection to reinforce your practice.  This class will be geared to intermediate or  advanced students who are  already conversant with techniques of transit.  

Part two will focus on relationship astrology, going more  in-depth with chart comparison.  We will work with real charts from real relationships as I show you how to decipher the nuances of the couples interaction.  This  class assumes that you have already taken other classes in chart compatibility, such as my relationships class which is available  online.  It  will build on those techniques and add some more.  But the pimary emphasis will be on going through dozens of real-life compatibility charts together in class. The best way to learn astrology is to do astrology, and we will go through lots of chart,  In the process, we will take your ability to understand relationships to a new level of confidence, making your readings more detailed, and full of nuance.

Course Details:

Accommodations - Ananda retreat center, Nevada City, California - Ananda is a retreat center and spiritual community nestled in the spectacular Sierra foothills.  The facility is very clean, comfortable, and well managed.  The rooms are simple and reasonably priced.  This facility gets rave reviews from their guests and is the perfect spot for holding an intensive  on Jyotish.   The accommodation fee includes meals. 

Accommodation options and cost:

The rooms and the lecture hall are located at the "Expanding Light" section of the facility.

Food - Three delicious and satisfying vegetarian buffet meals are included with the cost of your stay. Some special dietary needs with non-dairy, non-wheat, and egg-free choices can be accommodated.

Course Fee:  for 6 days of class  - $800 

Day rate for those not staying at Ananda, - $20 per day   ($120 for 6 days)  

Prerequisites:  This class is open to any student of Jyotish, but it is oriented to the intermediate through advanced level of practice.  Beginning students are welcome, but they should have a familiarity with the basic terminology, rulerships of signs and nakshatras, and the basic ability to follow a discussion about chart interpretation.  

Preparation: For the Relationship section of the class, it is  recommended that you take my online class on relationship astrology previous to doing the intensive so that you will be well versed in the techniques that we will be using. I will be assuming that you already know most of those techniques.  

For the Transits section of the class it is recommended that you take the class on Vimshottari Dasha available on my website, since transits are normally applied against the background of the dasha and bhukti.  In any case I will be assuming that you are well versed in the techniques of Vimshottari Dasha.

Course Dates:  September 30th - October 5th, 2018. .

Time:  The classes will run from 9:30 AM - 5 PM 

Hotel Accommodation dates:  September 29th - October 6th, 2018. .  Check-in is on Saturday, September 29th  (with a reception and orientation meeting at 5 pm).  Check-out is on Saturday, October 6th (no classes on that day). 

How to register and pay:  (Deposit deadline May 15, 2018)  Send your check for $800 US to James at the address below.  This will cover the course fee and secure your spot in the class. The balance of the payment, to cover the cost of the accommodations, will vary from student to student, depending on the type of accommodation.  Email or call James with preferences and questions about rooms.  Once you have chosen the type of room, we will calculate the cost and you can send the balance.  Rooms are not guaranteed until the full payment has been made.  There are also limited rooms of each type, so there is no guarantee that you will get the type you want until you pay the full accommodation fee.  Room assignment is on a first-come-first-served basis. 

Payment forms accepted:  The course fee must be to James Kelleher, in the form of a U.S. Bank check.  International bank draft, cashiers check,  bank wire, or money order.  You can pay by credit card or paypal, but a 3% surcharge will be applied.

Cancellation policy:   If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the course, fee for the course and accommodations will be refunded in full.  If you cancel less that 30 days before the class starts and up to 7 days before the class starts, there is a $200 cancellation fee.  There will be no refund if you cancel 7 days or less before the class starts.
